Plastic materials, which today achieve increasingly higher standards when it comes to being self-extinguishing, are loaded with mineral additives which, over time, can attack moulding surfaces; in order to maintain the characteristics of our moulds unchanged over the years, we use only specific, certified materials with a high percentage of chrome, which ensure the non-oxidation of all the parts of the mould and that the moulded parts can be perfectly polished. Special focus is then given to the study of the shakeouts, depending on the overall dimensions of the inner parts of the finished object. These are crucial in die-casting, a sector in which the adoption of special moulding methods makes it possible to achieve excellent aesthetic results in terms of surface uniformity and, consequently, the possibility of successfully coating and nickel-plating the die-cast pieces.
The use of cutting-edge machinery and technologies enables us to manufacture parts of even considerable technological complexity, such as deep and thin fins, faston and connector housings in general, seats for seals that achieve very high safety standards in terms of electrical insulation and waterproofing.
